Corporate Governance

The Board of Directors of the company is responsible for its corporate governance, and for guiding and monitoring the business and affairs of the company on behalf of the shareholders.

Data#3′s Corporate Governance Statement details the company’s main corporate governance practices, as they relate to the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s “Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations”.

The principles detailed in the document are:

Data#3 understands that business performance and productivity are enhanced by a diverse workforce, management team and board.
